Prices are before any applicable private health insurance or Medicare rebates. HICAPS and Medicare claiming are available on the day for eligible patients.

No, you do not need a doctors referral to book or attend an appointment.

Free parking is readily available directly outside the clinic.

If the main car park is full, additional free parking is availably nearby towards Rockingham Centre.

Please contact your private health insurer directly to confirm your rebate entitlement.

We welcome Medicare-subsidised GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP).

Please note that a gap payment applies.

Patients are required to pay the full consultation fee at the time of their appointment. Eligible Medicare rebates can then be claimed on-the-spot via HICAPS, and are deposited into your nominated bank account by Medicare.

Sage Physio Rockingham is a cashless clinic. Payment is required on the day of your appointment. HICAPS facilities are available, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full consultation fee.

This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other patients who may be waiting for care.

Sage Physio Rockingham currently provides physiotherapy for private-paying patients, including those using private health insurance and eligible Medicare referrals (GPCCMP).

Unfortunately, at this stage we are not able to accept NDIS, DVA, Workers Compensation or Motor Vehicle Insurance claims.
